Butcher Cut Forms

We work with some phenomenal family-owned, local processors to ensure your order is packaged to your ideal specifications. Whether you prefer the basics, want to customize every cut, add on some speciality options, or want the choice to dry age the primal steaks, we've got you covered!

If at any point you have questions about what option might be best for you, or if you have specific cuts you're wanting and not sure where to start, please do not hesitate to give us a call or email us.

*A special note: If you have ordered a "Quarter Beef", we can work to match you up with another "Quarter" order so that you may both have the ability to choose any of the butchering options below. This will take some collaboration, but we can work to make sure all parties are satisfied. 
**Suet/fat and beef bones are not available with bulk orders, and their respective weights will not be included in your invoice.
  • Basic

    With this being the most cost effective option, your processing invoice will only consist of standard flat fees and basic processing and slaughter charges.

    Choose this option if you are getting a Quarter Beef, or:

    • Don’t want to spend time making decisions. The butchers already have a set of recommended selections picked for you!
    • Includes cuts like Ribeyes, Filets, and NY Strips; variety of roasts such as Chuck, Brisket, and Rump
    Basic Form 
  • Basic PLUS

    A step up from the Basic, this cut form gives you all of the classics from the Basic option as well as the ability to add a few custom selections. The most popular choice.

    Choose this option if you:

    • Want to splurge on a few extra value-added items like patties, flank and skirt steaks, stew meat, or tenderized cuts
    • Want a specific item not offered in our Basic Butcher package (think bone-in steaks)
    Basic PLUS Form 

Basic Processing Fees

The following is an explanation of the processing fees you can expect with your bulk orders. These fees are independent from and are not set by Accent Angus Farm and may change at the discretion of the processor.
  • There is a $48.40 admin fee per order.
  • Basic Slaughter Fees: $.19/lb on hanging carcass weight.
  • Processing: $.77/lb hanging carcass weight.
  • Offals are $19.97 per animal/set. Heart, Tongue, Oxtail, and Kidney can not be divided for half or quarter orders and will be substituted from another animal (if multiple orders request offals).
