Returns Policy
Thank you for supporting our farm! We strive to ensure you experience only the best and that you are satisfied with every product you purchase from us. We thoroughly inspect every package of beef and personally pack and seal every box with care before shipment. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. All orders are subject to product availability. We do our best to update the remaining stock of our products on our website as soon as possible. If, for whatever reason, you place an order for an item that is not in stock at the time of your purchase, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of the out-of-stock product. The payment will be returned using the original method of payment. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Shipping Policy
Large beef orders may be sent an additional invoice to cover the cost of additional shipping materials as there are weight restrictions on the boxes. In this case, the customer will be emailed the second invoice (sent to the email account used during checkout). Your order will not be shipped until the second invoice has been paid.
Items offered on our website cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Only physical addresses in the United States can be used at this time, as our products are inspected at the USDA level only. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify; therefore, we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Our cuts of beef are individually frozen and packaged. We ship our beef using insulated packaging and frozen gel/ice packs through UPS. Items will arrive still frozen, partially thawed, or still chilled. As long as your beef is still cold on arrival, it is safe to eat or refreeze. Because of the known perishability of food products, we cannot be held liable for the product following time of delivery. The buyer will receive order updates via the email address provided to us during the checkout process and buyer assumes responsibility of properly receiving and refrigerating or freezing their product upon immediate delivery. If your beef is warm at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately.
Orders are shipped only on Mondays. This will ensure that perishable items arrive cool and before the weekend. Shipping order cutoff for the week is on Sunday at 3 PM CST. Orders received after to 3 PM CST on Sundays with shipping requested will automatically be rolled to be shipped the following week. All orders placed Monday through Saturday will be shipped the following week. Arrangements can always be made to pick up your order.

Delivery Options
We offer free local pickup for orders picked up at the farm address in central Illinois, as well as our physical business address located in the western suburbs of Chicago. Delivery fees are set in relationship to the addresses listed below and are for bulk orders only. The delivery rates are as follows: within 30 miles - $75; 30-45 miles - $100; 45-60 miles - $125. Your pickup, delivery, or shipping option will be available at checkout. If delivery is chosen, the delivery fee must be paid before your ordered is dropped off.
