All ribeyes are 1.5” thick. 

Weights and sizes are as follows:
- Small: 10 - 12 oz.
- Medium: 12 - 14 oz.
- Large: 14 - 16 oz.
- Extra Large: 16 - 18 oz.
- Grand: 18 - 22 oz.
