Introducing our Denver Steak! A hidden gem recognized for its delightful tenderness and rich, beefy taste, it is the overall fourth most tender cut of the entire animal. Cut from the center of the under blade portion of the chuck primal, these steaks are extremely tender with a good amount of marbling and beef flavor. We find it best when these steaks are cooked over high heat on the grill.
